With over a decade of experience guiding individuals through trauma, anxiety, and grief, Elly brings a unique blend of faith and therapy to her work, offering practical tools and compassionate support to heal inner wounds.

Drawing from her own journey of healing, she understands the feelings of shame, fear, and unworthiness that can keep people stuck and has made it her mission to provide a safe, empathetic space for transformation.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology focused on Christian Counseling and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Jeffrey has years of experience guiding couples through relational challenges.

Jeffrey’s work focuses on married and premarital couples, as well as providing insight and support for men. Drawing from his personal experiences as a devoted husband to his wife, Kindra, and father of three, Jeffrey blends faith-based principles with practical tools to foster meaningful connection and growth.
